The only 5am licensed nightclub has closed again after a Melbourne couple came up to run the business. A breakdown between the current owners Sam Solomon and his wife Chantelle Kerr is said to be the major reason behind the closure. |

Nippers Surf carnivale first of season
Nippers, adults and first time competitors traveled down to Mission Beach for the first surf carnivale of the season last weekend. Some big performance from the nippers and adults was great to see at the start of the season. The next Surf carnivale will be held in Port Douglas at Four Mile Beach on the 2 and 3 of August . . |

Queensland Bulls Cricket team is coming to Cairns
The Queensland Bulls are coming to Cairns on the 29 July for a three day game against New Zealand at Cazalys. This will be followed by two 20-Twenty matchs on the 1 & 3 August at Cazalys. Australian One Day players Shane Watson and James Hopes will be playing for the Bulls. Tickets are at the gate . . |
