The Rainforest Habitat is a wildlife park of the future and world leader in mixed immersion exhibits. It is situated in Port Douglas, Tropical North Queensland, Australia, on eight acres of land that has been recreated to provide a window into our natural environment.

Visitors can wander through three different and unique environments that depict numerous species of the surrounding rainforest, wetlands, and grasslands.

The Wetlands

The Wetlands depicts the amazing diversity of our natural wetlands that are important fringing areas and provides a link to many ecosystems.

The Grasslands

This open-air exhibit portrays both inland and coastal plains.
