I had no idea what a romantic bunch of readers you all were.  But I do now and the proof came from The Newsport 'Valentines Wall' which we made available in the fortnight leading up to St valentines Day.  It had some lovely messages of love and romance posted on it and to be honest it was difficult choosing just one winner. 

All the 'lurve'emanating from the messages must have also turned me into a big softie too 'cos the solution to my dilemma as to who to choose for first prize struck me like one of cupids arrows...why not have two winners? 

So that is exactly what we have done. The following messages finished in equal top spot and will both recieve a bottle of red wine so they can contnue their lovefest with our compliments.

First message was from Jessica, 12-02-10 10:43

The second message was received from Jenni, 11-02-10 11:44

The moment I knew you were driving to meet me,
you made me feel young inside again and you added
a smile to my face.
That moment you stepped from your car,
I knew you were the one for me as our eyes laid upon each other,
We have been through so much in the last year but here we are
about to celebrate a 2nd Valentines together.
Thank you for all that you are and what you have done for my daughter and myself.
Baby I so love you more as each day goes by, and the answer is YES.

I'd also like to say well done to everyone who posted a message.  For sure your special ones would have been delighted to know how much you love them !
