The Total Solar Eclipse in November 2012 is going to be one big event with huge numbers of people looking for Solar Eclipse Accommodation in the Port Douglas and North Queensland areas including Cairns.

The Solar Eclipse Viewing Festival organisers (PDEM) have advised that the solar eclipse accommodation is mostly already booked with some great 5, 7 and 9 night packages available at some of Port Douglas great accommodation locations. 

PDEM have are having packages with solar eclipse accommodation, going on sale as early as 25th of December 2011, and have also mentioned that if you are wanting to see this amazing event that only happens every 66 years, and normally in areas impossible to access you should get in early to ball ok your accommodation for the solar eclipse.

The solar eclipse accommodation locations will include Port Douglas, Palm Cove, Cairns and the Daintree regions which offer some of the most relaxing and adventurous accommodation houses.

Most of the solar eclipse accommodation areas are situated right across from the magnificent four mile beach, which offers prime access for viewing the eclipse but please make sure you have access for the booked viewing areas as places for these areas are going fast.
