Sit down and laugh at Carnivale TONIGHT

Greg Fleet preparing for tonight's Carnivale launch!
Lindsay Webb sizing things up for opening night in Port Douglas

The Cairn’s Sit Down Comedy Club is in Port Douglas tonight (Thursday 19 May) for the launch of the Port Douglas Carnivale at the Sugar Wharf.

The first show of the 2011 Festivals Up North series features a double header fresh from Adelaide Fringe and the Melbourne international Comedy Festival.  Greg Fleet and Lindsay Webb will have you falling off your seat with laughter, if you are lucky enough to get one.

Greg Fleet has been described as “brilliant, inspired nonsense - utterly hilarious” and there are very few superlatives that can really describe Lindsay Webb; Guinness Book of World Records holder and regular guest on the Footy Show and Good News Week.

Tickets are on sale today! On line at www.festivalsupnorth.com or you can get them at Origin Café Port Douglas or Goodies Café Mossman.
