Port Fusion just around the corner

Port Fusion will be holding its next networking event on Thursday 1 September from 5pm at the Paddy’s Irish Bar Port Douglas.

Local tourism identities Tara Bennett and Kirsten Taylor are the organisers of the regular networking events.

“Port Fusion is a great way to catch up with old faces and welcome new faces in the tourism industry, whether from retail, restaurants and hospitality or tourism operators”, Ms Bennett said.

“We’d love everyone to take a breather from a busy few months and catch-up for a chat before the school holidays begin,” she said.

Everyone involved in the Tourism industry is welcomed to attend. The function is free of charge with a cash bar available.

“We really want to encourage everyone to come and catch up with each so if we keep the costs down, hopefully more people will come,” Ms Taylor said.
