This link takes you directly to Cairns Regional Council's Evacuation Guide which includes valuable information such as storm surge maps and evacuation routes from Cairns to Cape Tribulation and everywhere in between.

The guide answers many basic questions such as what a storm surge and cyclone is and strategies for you and your family to implement to give yourselves the best chance of staying safe.

It also provides contact details for emergency services.
