Best photo voting now open

Drum roll
Drum roll please...who will win the Best Photo Competition for November?

Another month has come and gone but the memories remain thanks to the talent of our Best Photo Competition photographers.

We've responded to your comments regarding how the Most Popular Photo should be decided, and if it's a shortlist you want, it's a shortlist you'll get.

Voting is now open on the ten November finalists compiled by the judging panel that includes Perrin Clarke (Perrin Clarke Photography), Alison George (Catseye Productions), and Mathew Churchill  (Editor, The Newsport).

It's a slightly different look to previous polls, but it's a simple and effective way to have your say. As always, we encourage comments as to why you've selected your favourite.

Voting for November's Best Photo Competition closes on Wednesday, 14 December so jump on now and get involved.

Entries for December's competition are now being accepted with fantastic prizes to be won including a $100 Garricks voucher PLUS $50 cash thanks to Garricks Camera House, a stretched canvas print  of your image thanks to Perrin's Image Bank Australia, a lovely bottle of wine, and an exciting trip for two on AME's Jungle Ball.

Thanks again to everyone who entered, you've made this the region's best photo competition so well done.

They are all excellent but favourites have to be Mangroves, Majestic Mossman and Cruisy Reef Days. Absolutely stunning photography.
